Thermal and thermochemical processing

Process of heat treatment of metals and alloys to change their structure and properties.

Purpose: manufacture of parts from structural and alloyed steels with predetermined hardness parameters; parts with surface hardness up to 60 HRC, working under conditions of high contact loads and friction (gas grouting process); protection of parts operating at high temperatures and in aggressive environments (the process of powder aluminizing).

Equipment

Vacuum furnace Seco/Warwick VPT

It is used for heat treatment of molds and dies, as well as for isothermal quenching with using convection heating, vacuum cementation and vacuum nitriding.

Electric furnace with a retractable self-propelled pallet SDO 30.60.20/7

It is used for annealing large welded structures

Electric chamber furnace CNZ-4.5.4/12

It is used for heat treatment in the environment of protective gases (argon).

Shaft electric furnace

This top-loading furnace is most suitable for long metal component carbonization (cementation) and hardening processes in oxidation and reduction environment.
